Hello! I’m Piper!
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved advertisements. I thrive on curiosity. I’ve never cared to skip over commercials and find myself keenly aware of the billboards around me (this isn’t always a great thing…I’ve had some real nightmares from some). I view advertising as such a powerful tool to truly connect people; advertisements spark joy, create community, give voice to the unheard and visibility to the unseen, and most importantly, they can be life-changing.

I compete in a goose-calling contest every year
I did 2 years of fire fighter training in high school
I was once hit by a firework that shot into a crowd and hit me behind my ear
I slept in a hospital parking garage on a 10-day road trip
I looooove holidays, but for some reason my brain always calls St Patrick’s Day the Fourth of July (and it is an issue—seriously)

Activator - “When can we start?” is a recurring question for me. I am impatient for action and believe that action is the best device for learning. I make a decision, take action, look at the result and learn.
Input - I am inquisitive and always want to know more. I crave information and have a natural curiosity and excitement. I constantly acquire, compile and file things away in my mind.
Responsibility- I tend to take psychological ownership for anything I commit to, and whether large or small, I feel emotionally bound to follow it through to completion. I keep my promises and honor my commitments.
Learner - I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. Learning new pieces of information builds my confidence, but not necessarily in being a subject-expert, but more so being able to acquire new facts and tidbits of information that I find fascinating.
Developer - I always see the potential in others. Very often, in fact, potential is all I see. I naturally recognize others’ capacity to change for the better and enjoy helping bring their strengths and confidence out.
